Hello All!
My apologizes in not writing sooner. We arrived back safely to Argentina and then my computer broke, with all the photos on them. So no photos this time. Carey is getting the computer fixed.
We ended our trip on a great note. Juan truly appreciated everything and meeting everyone! Then only downfall was the cold...oh well, I told he no one likes it when it is 5 degrees outside.
We came back and Juan hit the ground running. He was happy to see his friends and speak his own language! He is speaking more English with me now, which is great! He spent the past 2 weeks studying for the 4 exams which he had to pass and he DID! PHEW! I am proud of the effort he put into studying! So now he has a week of just sleeping, soccer and hanging out with his friends til school starts on the 9th!
I am doing well. I look forward to Juan starting his school schedule. I will be volunteering at the hogar and substituting in the English school and hoping to do some programs for them this year. Also I will be continuing my Spanish lessons.
So, that is the update as of now. As soon as I get my computer, I will post pictures!
